4 lettuce leaves 4 canned pear halves 2 canned prunes or plums 2 maraschino cherries 4 raisins 8 canned mandarin orange segments Print these coupons... About Concordance™ 1. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates. Place 1 pear half, cut side down, on each lettuce leaf. Cut prunes lengthwise in half with scissors and remove pits. Place 1 prune half on large end of each pear half for dog ear. 2. Cut cherries in half with scissors. Place 1 cherry half on narrow end of each pear half for dog nose. Holiday Eggnog Recipe from It's Hip Hop, Baby!

I came across a great eggnog holiday recipe I wanted to share. I found it on the Prevention Magazine website today (December 10, 2008).

What I like about it is that it's a different twist on regular eggnog. It's actually a pudding dessert. I plan on altering the recipe slightly because in my household we have 2 members of my family that are "lactose intolerant" so we'll be substituting the milk for soy milk or almond milk.

Here's the recipe. Enjoy.

• 1 package (1.1 ounces; 4 servings) sugarfree instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups fat-free milk
• 1/2 cup sugar-free frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
• 1 teaspoon rum or brandy extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add the whipped topping and rum or brandy extract. Whisk just until combined. Spoon the pudding mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
